Job description
As Lendo continues to scale, we’re seeking a proactive and analytical Associate Director to strengthen our institutional investor relationships and support financing strategies. In this role, you’ll play a key part in capital-raising efforts by engaging with banks, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Coverage & Financing Partnerships
Support in developing and executing capital-raising strategies targeting institutional investors, banks, asset managers, and sovereign wealth funds.
Manage day-to-day investor engagement: preparing presentations, performance updates, and responding to due diligence requests.
Assist in structuring and negotiating financing transactions (warehouse lines, sukuk issuances, securitizations, mezzanine facilities).
Guide investors through the full cycle: from initial engagement to documentation, legalization, and contract signing.
Transaction Execution & Risk Oversight
Coordinate with legal, compliance, credit and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Monitor covenant compliance, investor reporting obligations, and risk retention requirements.
Ensure activities align with CMA, SAMA, and international standards while respecting Shariah-compliant frameworks.
Data Analysis & Financial Insights
Leverage financial and market data to support investor discussions and decision-making.
Build, analyze, and present data dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Monitor investment performance, trends, and industry benchmarks (particularly in the mining and related sectors) to inform both internal strategy and external communications.
Qualifications:
4–10 years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, asset management, or fintech financing.
Strong background in financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and transaction analytics.
Solid understanding of sukuk, securitization, and alternative credit structures.
Demonstrated ability to engage with institutional investors and present complex financial information clearly.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL/Python, or BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or FRM preferred.
Arabic language skills a plus, but not required.
