Collections Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recovery operations to achieve high collection rates on
  overdue accounts.

• Reduce the average recovery time and improve recovery rates on
  defaulted loans.

• Resolve overdue cases efficiently and provide actionable solutions to
  retain customer relationships.

• Deliver comprehensive monthly aging analysis reports with clear
  insights and actionable recommendations.

• Identify trends in high-risk segments and develop tailored mitigation
  strategies.

• Lead initiatives to reduce the volume of accounts in critical aging
  buckets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related
  field.

• Proven experience in collections management or a related role in
  financial services.

• Strong knowledge of credit risk management and debt recovery
  processes.

• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of predictive analytics tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in
  collections.
