Capital Manager Opportunity at Lendo
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Capital Manager to join our team at Lendo. As a Capital Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing funds from various sources to support our mission of digitally financing businesses in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet the company's financial needs and growth targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private credit funds, government development funds, and banks.
- Create compelling investment proposals and presentations to pitch to potential investors.
- Lead negotiations and finalize terms of investment agreements.
- Manage the due diligence process with potential investors, ensuring all necessary information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams including finance, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on the portfolio's performance and financial health.
- Stay informed about market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes that may impact fundraising efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and attract potential investors.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully raising funds from high-net-worth individuals, family funds, institutional investors, and banks.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Previous experience in the fintech industry or working with SME financing platforms is a plus.
