Capital Manager Opportunity at Lendo

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Capital Manager to join our team at Lendo. As a Capital Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing funds from various sources to support our mission of digitally financing businesses in Saudi Arabia.

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet the company's financial needs and growth targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private credit funds, government development funds, and banks.
  • Create compelling investment proposals and presentations to pitch to potential investors.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize terms of investment agreements.
  • Manage the due diligence process with potential investors, ensuring all necessary information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including finance, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on the portfolio's performance and financial health.
  • Stay informed about market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes that may impact fundraising efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and attract potential investors.
  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds from high-net-worth individuals, family funds, institutional investors, and banks.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Previous experience in the fintech industry or working with SME financing platforms is a plus.
