Job description

We are seeking a Head of People and Culture who will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our organizational culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall people strategy.

This individual will lead a team responsible for creating and implementing initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture, while also supporting the professional development and well-being of our employees.

In this position, you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the talent acquisition and retention efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing and implementing initiatives
    that promote belonging and respect for all employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and
    skill development opportunities.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback
    mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee well-being, including wellness programs, work-life balance initiatives, and mental health support resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and support the company's growth and expansion efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in people management and incorporate them into the company's practices and policies.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 Years of HR leadership experience, focusing on people strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • SHRM certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
