Litigation Attorney

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team.

In this role, you’ll support the company across all dispute-related matters, from collections and credit cases to regulatory investigations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure legal risks are managed and the company’s interests are protected. Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing litigation and dispute resolution processes across the business.

• Draft legal documents such as notices, basic pleadings, and summaries for senior legal review.

• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and internal departments.

• Assist in managing collection-related legal actions and support the Credit and Collections teams.

• Help maintain legal records, trackers, and case documentation.

• Conduct legal research and support the senior legal team with updates on relevant regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).

• 2-3 years experience focusing on litigation or financial disputes

• Previous experience working in a traditional SME Financing Company

• Knowledge of Saudi commercial and civil procedure laws.

• Strong legal drafting skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
