Job description
As Lendo continues to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Development Intern (Tamheer Program) to support our People, Culture, and Learning initiatives across the organization. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to projects that shape employee development, engagement, and the overall people experience, while supporting Lendo’s mission of building a high-performing, people-first culture.
You’ll collaborate closely with the People and Talent teams on a range of learning, culture, and employee experience initiatives, supporting the design and rollout of programs that help our teams grow and thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Saudi national eager to build a career in People Development, Learning & Development, or Culture within one of the Kingdom’s leading FinTech companies.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
Support the design and rollout of learning and development initiatives, including onboarding programs, training sessions, and capability-building projects.
Assist in developing learning materials, toolkits, and internal resources.
Help track engagement and feedback from learning initiatives to support continuous improvement.
People & Culture Projects
Support People & Culture initiatives such as values, engagement programs, employee experience enhancements, and internal communications.
Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve how teams collaborate, communicate, and develop.
Assist with research, benchmarking, and preparation of insights for People-related projects.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Help design and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities.
Support communication initiatives that reinforce culture, alignment, and belonging across the organization.
Gather employee feedback and support action planning for People initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Eligible for the Tamheer Program (Saudi national, recent graduate).
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Genuine interest in People & Culture, Learning & Development, and employee experience.
Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
