As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Relationship Team Leader to lead and inspire our front-line client team. In this key role, you’ll manage a team of Relationship Managers, build strong connections with SME clients, and deliver tailored financing solutions that support business growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, uncover new opportunities within the portfolio, and ensure a smooth lending experience by working closely with credit and operations teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with SME clients, acting as a strategic partner to support their financing needs.

  • Understand clients’ financial goals and provide tailored lending solutions that align with their business objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering expert financial guidance and insights to strengthen client relationships.

  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the existing client base to expand wallet share.

  • Proactively acquire new SME clients to grow the lending portfolio and increase market penetration.

  • Monitor client portfolios for potential risk indicators and take timely, proactive action to mitigate exposure.

  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions and documentation.

  • Oversee the end-to-end lending process, including new borrowing applications, renewals, and documentation management.

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Relationship Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Drive team success through regular coaching, performance reviews, and clear goal setting.

  • Collaborate closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.

  • Represent Lendo at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or business development within the financial services, FinTech, or lending industry.

  • 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Experience in Shari’ah-compliant financial products and services is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Proven successful customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth track record.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM systems, and performance management.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance within financial services in Saudi Arabia.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, focusing on results.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
