Job description

As Lendo continues to expand, we’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Relationship Manager (Supply Chain Financing) to spearhead the growth of our SCF products. In this role, you’ll lead client origination and relationship management with anchor buyers and suppliers, ensuring seamless onboarding, utilization, and long-term engagement.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement commercialization strategies, oversee KYC and compliance processes, and drive revenue growth from SCF programs. By identifying new market opportunities, enhancing client experience, and managing a team of relationship managers, you’ll play a critical role in scaling Lendo’s financing solutions and strengthening our position in the market.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a complete commercialization plan for SCF products.

  • Own and manage key client relationships with anchor buyers from origination to utilization.

  • Oversee onboarding, KYC procedures, and documentation, including execution of agreements.

  • Lead and manage a team of relationship managers responsible for supplier onboarding, relationship management, and facility utilization.

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve volume targets from SCF programs.

  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collect customer feedback and pain points to identify potential areas for product enhancement and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate degree.

  • MBA/CA/CF/related qualifications are desirable.

  • 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Strong experience in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Financing is essential.

  • Proven track record in managing local market client coverage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing client-facing teams.

  • Ability to identify opportunities, drive growth, and deliver commercial success.
