At Lendo, we are a fast-growing FinTech company on a mission to revolutionize the financial landscape in Saudi Arabia. With our innovative digital lending platform, we empower businesses by providing fast, secure, and transparent access to finance. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive impactful collaborations with government funds, institutional investors, and capital companies. This key role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships, optimizing partnership performance, and driving lead generation through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Act as the SPOC between Lendo and government funds, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with fund representatives to understand their priorities and align them with Lendo’s solutions.
Build new supply partnerships through premium institutional funds & Capital companies.
Perform all partnership operational activities, including lead generation, marketing activities, and intermediate conversations with Lendo internal teams.
Contract Management
Facilitate the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring favourable terms and adherence to legal and operational standards.
Review contract terms to optimize financial margins and identify opportunities for strategic alignment.
Lead Generation
Develop strategies to identify and generate high-quality leads through partnerships with government funds and any demand-generation partner.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and sales operations) to convert leads into active borrowers.
Launch new products through partnerships to generate more leads. (i.e. POS financing)
Partnership Development
Monitor agreement performance and ensure that all commitments to government funds are met promptly and effectively.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand relationships, including the launch of new programs or co-marketing initiatives.
Reporting and Communication
Regularly update internal stakeholders on the status of partnerships, including challenges, achievements, and upcoming opportunities.
Use CRM for the partners' recruitment process, manage partners' pipeline and track conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, Investment Banking, or a related field.
An MBA is a plus.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in KSA, managing local or global demand generation partnerships with financial institutions and capital funds.
Strong knowledge of Banking financial products and Sharia-compliant financing terms
